Bell Pepper Jam was five musicians based in Highbury, London. Over the course of two years, BPJ enjoyed great food and laughs at weekly rehearsals in a basement developing a juicy acoustic sound.

The album was recorded in March and December 2012. In an effort to capture the flavour of the live performances, all songs were recorded live – playing together as performed on stage. The finished album is a snapshot of their live sound, warts and all!
